Will this work in my existing dealership space, or do I need a remodel?

Our layouts are designed to maximize your current footprint. In most cases, we repurpose underutilized areas within your showroom or service drive—no major remodel required. The goal is to increase revenue per square foot without disrupting your existing operations.

How long does it take to design and implement a new retail layout?

Most Retail Layout Design projects are completed within 4-8 weeks, depending on the size of the dealership and scope of work. This includes assessment, layout design, planogram development, and final recommendations. Implementation timing can vary based on fixtures and inventory, but we work to ensure minimal disruption to your daily operations.

Do you provide the fixtures, signage, and product displays as well?

While the cost of fixtures, signage and product are not part of our pricing, we design the full retail environment and can support fixture sourcing, signage, and display execution to bring the layout to life. Everything is aligned to your brand and optimized for how products are merchandised and sold within your dealership.

What kind of results should I expect from a new retail layout?

Dealerships typically see improvements in accessory attachment rates, average order value, and overall merchandise sales. By making products more visible, organized, and easy to shop, we help convert passive foot traffic into active buyers—unlocking incremental revenue from customers already in your store.
